Event: Jammin' at 31 Rax

Unfortunately, I don't have very many pictures of this Jam Sesh.
Was a good night - great night! What a crazy talented, not to mention,
diverse line-up. Rappers, poets, musicians, comedians, lol.
A very welcoming crowd, & I'm always happy to paint for Ms. 31 Rax, Steph Madrinan.
And Ingrid, might I say you did a swell job at helping organize the event.
Dope job everyone.

Dance: Nemenzo Annual Holiday Show

In addition to music making, graphic designing, & painting - above all else,
I enjoy exerting my energy into Tahitian dance.
Almost 3-4 times a week am I at the studio soaking more than choreo.
And lets keep it real, if its one thing that humbles me the hell out at an overwhelming state of mind, it's this. I'm very blessed to learn what I have, nonetheless to learn with my Ori Tahiti group, Nemenzo. Every year, Nemenzo hosts an Annual Holiday Show -
I commend all my friends for pulling it off despite the mayhem behind the curtain,
we indisputably pull through for each other no matter the circumstance.
(Shout out to the Ori Tahito group - you girls really put on an amazing performance despite our shortcomings. Hats off to you, yo!)

Meherio (Mermaid dance) with Anthony Peets!
Ori Tahito Group, opening otea!
Favorite drummer & soon to be drummer

Mauruuru Roa to those who came out to support & to the blessing in my life, Nemenzo.

Event: Beta Phi's Starlight Show

Beta Phi, you girls put an incredible and inspiring event together.
The Starlight Show was chill - great food, talented and inspirational performers,
and a fantastic cause (Books for Love).
Special shout out to Natasha Galvante of the Beta Phi sisters, SF State;
Thank you for including myself and my work in this dope event.

Live painting for the raffle!
Happy this piece went to someone who appreciated it
The lucky dude who won my live painting raffle piece!
Au Revoir!

Painting: "Untitled"

18x40

Painting: "Grape"

16x20

Painting: "Apesody in Blue"

16x20
No special significance with my thing for painting apes. I love the thrill and challenge of variation. Here's by far one of my absolute favorite of my ape pieces, a 16x20 hanging on the walls of 31 Rax!

Beyond this World/Tzech Maun

The Seven Sisters up close (exposure: 3 minutes)
The Orion Nebula (exposure: 4 minutes)
On my spare time, I enjoy taking photos of stuff outside of this world. Plenty of people think its relatively boring to learn about astronomy, but since I was young, I marveled at the beauty of whats beyond our sky. Having undergone spiritual experiences, along with vivid dreams, this stuff, to me, is as good as nature.

HeART in HIGH HEELS

This is a picture of me & my favorite vehicle.
It's my teaser picture, but can't seem to keep my stuff contained.
I'm prepping up for an event I put together with the help of my good homie Steph,
owner of 31 Rax, SF's newest vintage/thrift shop in the heart of Bernal Heights.
Something has always intrigued me about empowerment for women,
& I've held fast to the street culture since my middle school days.
Recently I fused the two together with an idea to create this event
And now its coming to life!
Its gonna be amazing & the first of many to come.
A big thank you to Scoutmob & 31Rax for making it all possible.

"In a society where sexism still exists, the credentials to female artists seem to be under appreciated in comparison to their male counterparts. Women have broke boundaries in the harsh environments of “a man’s world”, from the early 1970’s, have raised the stakes & made unimaginable moves ever since. To expand the recognition & importance of female artisans, 31 Rax presents to you HeART in High Heels, a showcase making evident the unbreakable presence of female talent, in all forms of art, through local Bay Area female individuals."
(Download the Scoutmob app on your smart phone for hot deals around SF. And when I say hot, i meant hot, as high as 75% and free99.)
